Job summary

Binance in Cape Town seeks a Marketing Manager - Central Africa to own the region's marketing metrics and drive growth by leveraging regional and global resources. Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar marketing role.
• Experience with regional Africa markets.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English; French preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing metrics to drive growth in Central Africa and provide insights to markets and leadership.
• Collaborate with regional, global and functional teams on planning and executing campaigns.
• Assist in affiliate program design, optimization and management in markets managed.
• Ensure hyperlocalised social media interactions in collaboration with team and central teams.
• Continuously raise the bar on marketing execution in the region.
• Review funnel data and implement market-specific changes to key markets.
• Read market data, identify trends and act on campaigns to shift trajectory; flag market movements to stakeholders.
• Drive quarterly marketing strategy for sub-regions, OKRs and accountability tracking.
• Ensure local events meet Binance standards and CSAT goals.
• Design and execute integrated campaigns from strategy to measurement and reporting.
• Lead insight-driven tests/experiments across lifecycle, social or paid channels.
