Job summary

Profile Personnel in East London is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leadership to shape people strategies and drive value across the organisation.

The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, policy development, compliance with SA labour laws, and robust HR operations including reporting and records management.

You will lead change initiatives, develop talent, and support organisational development through governance, analytics and stakeholder engagement.

• Partner with executive management to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Drive recruitment, talent acquisition, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, governance frameworks and ensure compliance with South African labour legislation.
• Oversee HR administration, reporting, employee records and organisational development initiatives.
