Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to oversee human resources across a luxury accommodation portfolio in the Western Cape. The role requires strategic leadership and strong people management within hospitality.

You will drive HR strategy, manage recruitment, employee relations and compliance with SA labour laws, while partnering with senior management to optimise organisational development and workforce planning across multiple properties.

Formación

• Senior HR management experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury accommodation or a multi-property environment.
• A relevant qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing employee relations, recruitment and performance management.
• Strong organisational, administrative and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior management.
