Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking a Group Financial Manager for a well-established hospitality group. This hands-on, in-person role requires owning the group’s finance function, delivering operational financial management and strategic input, and working closely with ownership and senior management to drive profitability and growth.

You will oversee the full finance function, lead the team, manage payroll, cash flow and statutory requirements, and provide commercial insights to ownership.

Qualifications

• Relevant financial qualification is essential.
• 5–15 years in a Group Financial Manager or senior finance role.
• Hospitality finance experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced MS Excel and accounting software proficiency (Xero advantageous).

GROUP FINANCIAL MANAGER | HOSPITALITY A well-established hospitality group comprising a 32-bedroom hotel, 8-bedroom guesthouse, on-site restaurant and standalone restaurant is seeking an experienced Group Financial Manager to take full ownership of the Group’s finance function. This is a hands-on; in-person leadership role; combining strong operational financial management with strategic commercial input. Working closely with ownership and senior management, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, profitability and continued growth across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full finance function across all business units


• Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting and reconciliations
