Job summary

Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking a Group Financial Controller for its resort group in the Western Cape. Based at the resort group offices in Paternoster, the role requires strong financial leadership, multi-property consolidation, and robust control environments across hotels.

• Strong financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration with finance and operations.
• Ethical, organised and able to work independently across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial function across the resort group and maintain consistent financial controls.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, forecasts and annual budgets.
• Consolidate financial information across multiple properties, departments or operating entities.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, expenditure and working capital.
• Coordinate audit preparation and support external auditors with accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and financial reporting requirements.
• Work with management and operational teams to improve profitability and cost control.
