Job summary

Trustmarque Ultima is seeking a Group Accountant to support accurate financial processing across the group, including month-end journals, payroll and intercompany accounting. The role ensures strong financial control and efficient operations across entities.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree, SAIPA qualification preferred, and experience in multi-entity environments with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• SAIPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity finance environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring month-end journals across group entities.
• Support month-end close with timely journal preparation and review.
• Process intercompany payroll allocations and related accruals.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and post depreciation journals.
• Complete VAT submissions and compliance reporting across jurisdictions.
• Maintain intercompany matrix and resolve intercompany differences.
