TMG is seeking a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper to maintain our communities in Riverside. You will perform daily grounds care, cleaning of offices and amenities, and assist the maintenance team to ensure a first-class environment.

Responsibilities include pool and dog park upkeep, model touch ups, and various maintenance tasks. Travel for trainings and regional events is required as part of the role.

Formación

• Previous Groundskeeper/Housekeeper experience a plus
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to interact with others in a team environment
• Drug test and background check required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required

Description

As a Groundskeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Travel Requirements

• Travel is required for trainings, onboarding, and company-led learning sessions.
• Travel may include visiting other TMG-managed communities and attending regional or corporate training events.
• Overnight travel may be required on occasion, depending on training schedules and business needs.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed are required.

Complete the above duties and all others deemed necessary by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
