Responsibilities

• Designing eye-catching and engaging online and social media assets that align with our brand identity and message.
• Creating visually appealing layouts and designs for print marketing material, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that effectively communicate our off-road motorsport and mountain biking events and products.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of our marketing materials.
• Working closely with senior graphic designers and the marketing team to implement design feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
• Performing any marketing or administration duties related to the marketing department requested by your Line Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field (e.g., Diploma or Degree).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials, demonstrating your creativity and technical skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Familiarity with current digital and social media design trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and other teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
