  • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor study progress and operational performance.
  • Create Power Apps to streamline task tracking and workflows.
  • Implement data quality checks and validation rules to ensure data integrity.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and documentation.
