Job description

Outsourced CFO, is on the lookout for a driven Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team! This role plays a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for trainee and junior-level roles, both internally and for client needs.

This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication to ensure a positive experience. The Recruiter works closely with the Talent & People Department to ensure smooth hiring processes, accurate reporting, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities;
Recruitment Coordination;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for trainee and junior-level roles, including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and feedback coordination.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and professional interactions throughout the process.
Sourcing and Advertising;
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and university networks.
  • Promote open roles and engage with suitable candidates to build a healthy pipeline of potential hires.
  • Support with drafting and posting role descriptions in collaboration with the Talent team.
Trainee Attraction and Placement;
  • Support the trainee recruitment strategy by identifying, engaging, and assessing top trainee talent.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks while maintaining structured feedback loops with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate offer communications and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Candidate and Pipeline Management;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the recruitment system.
  • Track candidate progress through each stage of the process, ensuring a minimum of three top candidates are presented per role.
  • Nurture relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities through follow-ups and communication campaigns.
Reporting and Collaboration;
  • Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress, pipeline activity, and key metrics during team meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to achieve quarterly recruitment goals and assist with ad hoc hiring projects as required.
Administrative Support;
  • Manage all administrative aspects of recruitment, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate documentation.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports for review by the Talent Acquisition Specialist or Manager.
  • Database and Record Management;
  • Keep candidate and panelist profiles accurate and up-to-date within the system.
  • Support in preparing CVs and profiles for client review.
Process Support;
  • Assist in updating and maintaining recruitment playbooks, templates, and SOPs to support consistency and efficiency in recruitment practices.
  • University and Trainee Events;
  • Support the planning and coordination of trainee recruitment and university engagement events.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with universities and student organizations to promote OCFO’s trainee opportunities.
  • Networking and Branding;
  • Represent OCFO professionally at career fairs, online networking events, and social media engagements to attract quality junior talent.
Qualifications & Experience;
  • A diploma/certificate in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration or communication
  • 1-2 years in an active recruitment role
  • Experience managing graduate, trainee, or junior-level recruitment
