Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of quantity surveying software is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities for site and office work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
• Support contract management, drafting and negotiating terms with clients and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits and measure work for payment applications and variations.
• Assist in procurement processes, including tendering and evaluating bids.
• Maintain accurate project cost records and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
