Job summary

RPO Recruitment is assisting a Cape Town-based quantity surveying consultancy to appoint junior to mid-level Quantity Surveyors. You will work across a busy portfolio of private sector projects in a commercially driven environment, gaining exposure to pre- and post-contract cost management.

This office-based role requires a relevant QS degree, SACQSP registration progress, strong communication, and willingness to relocate to Cape Town.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of QS experience in consulting or advisory environments.
• Private sector experience essential; consulting QS background preferred.
• Strong cost management across pre- and post-contract phases.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CCS/WinQS advantageous.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate; full-time office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost management across pre- and post-contract phases.
• Maintain sound contract administration and knowledge of standard forms of contract.
• Contribute on commercial, mixed-use, or similar private sector projects.
• Maintain excellent client-facing communication.
