Qualifications

• Grade 12 with excellent mathematics
• Tertiary qualification in QS or related field (desirable)

• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn construction finance

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost estimates and bills of quantities.
• Monitor project costs against budget.
• Value work by contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare financial reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Understand contract administration and procurement processes.

• Participate in site visits and measurements.
