You will work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and project managers, gaining exposure to all facets of the construction cost process. The role requires a dedicated presence in our Sandton office to facilitate close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents.
• Undertake cost analysis and quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
• Support the negotiation and agreement of variations and final accounts.
• Monitor and report on project costs, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist in managing subcontractor accounts and payments.
• Review and process payment applications from contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Contribute to risk management and value engineering processes.
• Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A foundational understanding of construction methods, materials, and terminology.
