Placements24 is seeking diligent Graduate Trainee Operations Assistants to join our operations team in Soweto. This program offers recent graduates hands-on experience in managing and improving business operations, with exposure to inventory, logistics, and process optimization.

You will support daily activities, prepare operational reports, and collaborate across departments while developing essential skills in Excel, problem-solving, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
