Responsibilities

• Manage and execute legal due diligence for potential acquisitions and divestitures.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize M&A agreements, including share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements.
• Advise on transaction structuring, regulatory approvals, and post-transaction integration.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on all transaction-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant securities laws and corporate regulations.
