Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Legal Advisor in Randburg with at least 6 years in M&A to join its corporate legal team. You will lead end-to-end M&A transactions, draft and negotiate critical agreements, and advise on regulatory approvals and compliance throughout the deal lifecycle.
