Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• No prior experience required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment documentation for onboarding of new employees
• Participate in shortlisting and interviewing of candidates for vacancies
• Perform HR administration
• Resolve human resources related enquiries brought by employees
