Job summary

Transnet Freight Rail invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for a two-year graduate development programme, offering institutional knowledge and on-the-job training. Qualifications

• Applicants must have a fully completed National Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or Industrial Psychology/Psychology/Social Work or Related Field/Discipline.
• No prior work experience is required. However, applicants will undergo a recruitment and selection process.
• Must be a South African citizen.
