Citi South Africa is looking for Graduates to join our one-year long Learnership Programme within the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team. The year-long programme provides exposure and practical work experience to newly qualified university graduates within this critical function, contributing to Citi's strong culture of compliance and risk management. Graduates are allowed to apply to permanent positions in the year.

Your time here will look something like this.

Your journey with ICRM:

• You will be immersed in the core functions of compliance risk management, inclusive of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk management, learning how to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across various business lines. This will involve understanding regulatory frameworks, contributing to risk assessments, supporting policy implementation, and analysing data to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards. You will play a part in safeguarding Citi's reputation and fostering a robust control environment.
