Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering completed within the last 2 years.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles.
• CAD experience (AutoCAD) is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; eager to learn.
• Hybrid work setup with in-office mentorship and site exposure.
• Holder of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.
• Residents of Upington, Northern Cape, or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Assist senior engineers in design and planning of civil infrastructure projects (roads, water, sanitation).
• Perform engineering calculations and prepare drawings using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits to collect data and observe construction progress.
• Assist in technical reports, specifications, and tender documents.
• Learn and apply engineering codes, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Support data analysis and documentation management for projects.
• Gain exposure to projects in the Northern Cape region.
