Purpose of Role: To take part in the execution of continuous improvement using Lean and data analysis tools to drive the business value chain network and support with the implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
  • Technical: Apply critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize Lean manufacturing tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to align operations with annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Interpret technical drawings to identify and define processing requirements for manufactured components.
  • Operations: Design and build interactive dashboards and business applications using Office 365 tools such as Power BI and PowerApps to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct time studies to determine optimal manning requirement and establish standard times for new and existing manufactured components.
  • Recommend layout improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Should be well versed with engineering calculations using Excel
