What’s on Offer?
- Salary: R15,000.00 – R20,000.00 Gross PM (Negotiable based on experience)
- Status: Permanent following a successful 3-month probation period
- Benefits (Post-Probation): MICFA Provident Fund (7.5% employee / 8% employer contribution) + Prorated December Annual Bonus
- Leave: 18 days paid annual leave per annum
- Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Sat 08:00–13:00 (Overtime paid per MIBCO regulations)
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse workflows, ensuring smooth receiving, accurate put-away, fast picking/packing, and on-time dispatch.
- Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, mentor, and manage warehouse staff (including Supervisors, Picker Packers, and Assistants); oversee shift scheduling, task delegation, and workplace discipline.
- Inventory Control & Audit Compliance: Drive stock accuracy by overseeing regular cycle counts, full stocktakes, variance investigations, and WMS/ERP system updates.
- Logistics & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with transport providers and internal teams to optimize distribution, minimize delays, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Housekeeping, Safety & Facilities: Enforce strict workplace health, safety (OHS), and housekeeping standards while ensuring facility equipment and forklifts are properly maintained.
Are You the Perfect Fit?
Minimum Requirements:
- Essential Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a Warehouse Management or Senior Supervisory role (automotive, spare parts, or technical logistics experience is strictly preferred).
- Skills & Education: Matric certificate required (Tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain is highly advantageous), advanced computer literacy, and proficiency in WMS/ERP software and MS Excel.
- Logistics & Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory principles, dispatch processes, and MIBCO regulations.
- Track Record: Strong leadership capabilities, strategic problem-solving skills, high reliability, and a stable work history with contactable references.

- South African-born Citizenship (with valid SA ID).
- Clear criminal record (under no circumstances will candidates with a record be considered).
