Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer for The Gorge Amphitheatre. You will guard and monitor the venue, conduct patrols, and respond to security-related calls to ensure the safety of patrons, employees, and assets.

Alpha tasks include reporting incidents, representing the Security Department with professionalism, and complying with legal and internal standards. The role requires effective communication in English and the ability to handle crises with composure.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Understanding of the rule of law and relevant penal codes.
• Ability to represent the Security Department exemplary manner.
• Ability to perform in crises and work under pressure without loss of composure.
• Ability to memorize, recollect, and retrieve information quickly.
• Ability to interact calmly with angry patrons and employees during aggravated circumstances.
• Ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs., reach, pull, push, grasp and drag.

Responsibilities

• Guard, patrol, and monitor venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Conduct regular patrols and respond promptly to security and safety calls.
• Exhibit exemplary conduct and appearance while on duty.
• Comply with department performance, conduct, and attendance standards.
• Complete tasks efficiently while shifting between duties.
• Investigate and compile accurate incident reports.
• Interact with patrons, vendors, and employees courteously and professionally.
