Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required in engineering, energy, or related fields.
• At least 8 years in market solutions, technical support, product development, or renewable energy project roles.
• Strong English communication for overseas customers and cross-cultural interaction.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Understanding of renewable energy industry dynamics, technology routes, and solution logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution support for wind turbine sales in overseas markets and coordinate with sales and customer-facing teams.
• Develop customer-driven solutions and provide lifecycle support from development to delivery and optimization.
• Conduct tailored technical and commercial engagement with key customers and projects to influence decisions.
• Translate customer needs into internal actions to improve competitiveness and product/solution fit.
• Assist bid preparation, contract negotiation, and ensure compliant project execution.
• Participate in building processes and developing team capabilities to achieve annual business goals.
