Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and professional communication.
• Familiarity with Travel & Expense processes and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review expense submissions for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Own assigned market and ensure audits align with policy and SLAs.
• Support timely employee reimbursement, targeting within two weeks.
• Provide backup support and take on additional scope as needed.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to balance workloads.
• Identify policy deviations and escalate with proper approvals.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve system issues promptly.
• Manage service tickets per SLAs: urgent 24h, standard 2 days.
• Build relationships with employees and Finance/HR stakeholders.
• Facilitate training for new joiners on policies and systems.
• Prepare monthly duplicate/open-item reports for auditor markets.
• Contribute to process improvements where possible.
