Placements24 is seeking a visionary Head of Social Media Strategy to define and drive a global social media program. This executive role is fully remote and focuses on building scalable initiatives that generate leads, customer acquisition, and strong brand advocacy.

You will lead a distributed team, shape the narrative across platforms, and translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable impact. A strong track record in paid/social analytics and influencer marketing is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in social media marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and implementing large-scale social media strategies with measurable results.
• Expertise in social media analytics and reporting.
• Deep understanding of paid social advertising and influencer marketing.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of social media managers, specialists, and content creators.
• Oversee content across channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion).
• Develop influencer marketing strategies to expand brand reach and credibility.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity with strategic recommendations.
• Establish KPIs and analyze performance data for improvements.
• Manage online community engagement and customer service inquiries.
• Develop crisis communication plans for social media and reputation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
