• 3-5 years of relevant experience in clinical trials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment and drug development knowledge.
• Self-starter with proven ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Oversee budgets and negotiation of clinical trial agreements with sites and sponsors.
• Primary contact for investigative sites and sponsors.
• Track completion of all contractual documents for sites.
• Establish and manage project timelines.
• Set and monitor team goals and financial/operational performance.
• Develop contracting strategies, coordinate investigator grants, and support proposal text.
• Create contract/budget templates, systems, tools, processes, and training materials.
