• Proven senior leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Experience with budgeting, labour cost control, GP management.
• Ability to develop SOPs and operational systems.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational strategy, standards and performance across hospitality operations and projects.
• Drive profitability and efficiency in restaurant and F&B operations.
• Recruit, mentor and develop General Managers and operations teams.
• Lead new openings and project implementations.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
