Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, optimization, or similar role within manufacturing.
• Proven experience with process mapping tools, statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab), and simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement using advanced statistical methods.
