Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll experience, multiple countries a plus.
• Technical knowledge of payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll systems and data flow.
• Experience with regional multi-language operations and regulatory environments preferred.
• Ability to think analytically and perform detail-oriented tasks.
• Experience supporting shared services teams preferred.
• Experience working with case management and/or other service management tools preferred.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Service Delivery and OneSource HR to resolve Tier 2 payroll inquiries.
• Partner cross-functionally to handle pay-impacting transactions including equity and benefits.
• Adhere to policies and standards across markets and local regulatory contexts.
• Support core payroll activities such as prior period adjustments and year-end filings.
• Conduct manual data inputs and validate inputs prior to payroll processing.
• Liaise with payroll vendors to process payroll accurately across multi-national operations.
• Facilitate resolution of integration file issues between payroll system and third parties.
• Review payroll output reports and distribute to key stakeholders.
• Conduct reconciliation of general ledger balances and adjustments.
• Monitor payroll compliance and deliver services to meet internal standards.
• Identify opportunities for payroll improvements with Pay Services Team.
• Coordinate with government authorities on audits and requests.
