Qualifications

• Min 5 years in international payroll tax compliance with multi-country payroll.
• Knowledge of cross-border tax regulations, tax treaties, and totalisation agreements.
• Experience with expatriate/inpatriate tax issues (shadow payroll, tax equalisation).
• Familiarity with withholding, social security and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Tax; CPP/CPA certification a plus.
