Qualifications

• Relevant degree(s) in commerce, finance, economics or analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
• Experience with global payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional certifications in payroll (CPP/CIPP/CPA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy for salary, deductions, bonuses and statutory compliance.
• Administer employee benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure payroll and benefits operations comply with laws, regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll and benefits queries.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits policies; handle escalations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll and benefits.
