Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading operations or Head of Operations roles.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or transaction-critical environments preferred.
• A relevant degree or technical diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-geography project delivery and operations.
• Set operational vision and drive product delivery capabilities.
• Develop customer service SLAs and support center plans.
• Oversee automation of support processes and daily operations.
• Provide leadership to operations teams and report to CEO.
