Job summary

Hungry Lion seeks a People Mobility Specialist to manage end-to-end mobility and immigration for employees across the Group, focusing on international movements, visas, and work permits. The role requires ownership of cases, deadlines and compliance.

During periods of lower mobility, you will provide generalist People Partner support to designated countries, collaborating with Recruitment, L&D and Payroll to ensure consistent processes and timely HR service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute all employee mobility and immigration requirements across the Group
• Coordinate mobility processes from start to completion
• Monitor renewals, expiry dates and compliance requirements
• Liaise with immigration authorities, embassies and external providers
• Provide generalist HR support to designated countries during periods of reduced mobility activity
• Partner with Recruitment, L&D and Payroll on employee-related matters
• Maintain country-specific HR requirements and documentation
• Support implementation of Group people processes and initiatives
