Job summary

Odfjell Technology AS is launching a Maritime Trainee program in Technology, Business Transformation and Project Management. The 18-month program includes five modules across Norway, Singapore, Copenhagen and London, with mentorship and an Alumni network.

Trainees rotate within departments and locations, gaining exposure to both operational and corporate functions. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in technology, economics or IT.
• Candidates with up to five years of work experience post-master's studies are eligible.
• Interest in technology, AI and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate within relevant departments and locations in Odfjell Technology.
• Gain exposure to operational and corporate functions.
• Influence improvement initiatives in technology, energy and business transformation.
• Build a network via mentorship and Alumni network.
• Visit international locations and work across onshore and offshore sites.
