Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide practical legal and commercial advice across an allocated portfolio. The role involves working directly with business stakeholders on client, supplier, third‑party and internal matters, including commercial contracting and disputes.

Each Legal Advisor will own their portfolio, escalate high‑risk matters, and align with legal policies and templates. Hybrid working and multinational exposure are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong legal drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify legal and contractual risks and propose practical solutions.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to disputes, corporate legal matters or commercial transactions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and commercial advice to business stakeholders on client, supplier and internal matters.
• Act as the primary legal contact for allocated matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including client, supplier and data processing agreements.
• Advise on contractual rights, obligations, legal risks and mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, privacy and other specialist functions as needed.
