Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure high availability, security and compliance of IT services.
• Maintain SLA/OLA compliance and support staff at hubs and gateways.
• Lead or participate in global/regional IT initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and outsourcing opportunities.
• Provide after-hours support and incident escalation.
