You will lead a high-performing team, shape strategy, manage risk and regulatory compliance, and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to grow lending revenues.

Qualifications

• Post graduate degree in business commerce.
• 8–10 years' experience in lending - energy & infrastructure within a large bank.
• Experience leading debt solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
• More than 10 years in project finance market trends and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth by implementing the Lending strategy and identifying opportunities.
• Lead transaction origination, negotiation and end-to-end delivery of multiple deals.
• Own portfolio financial performance and monitor risks and provisions.
• Manage portfolio risk and balance sheet optimisation with related teams.
• Provide oversight of structuring, deal quality and regulatory compliance.
