Job summary

Crisis24 Solutions (PTY) LTD seeks a Global Security Operations Center Program Manager to lead a six-analyst GSOC in Cape Town. You will oversee intelligence operations, incident and crisis management, SOP development, and client-facing briefings while mentoring staff and ensuring 24/7 readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum seven years in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, and management; 24/7 GSOC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a GSOC team of six analysts and act as primary liaison between the client and Crisis24 GSOC.
• Set priorities, direct daily activities, ensure deliverables are met promptly, and oversee incident responses.
• Oversee intelligence collection, quality control, training, and delivery of GSOC products.
• Develop, implement, and update SOPs based on client guidance and program needs.
• Backfill shifts, collaborate with other Crisis24 managers, and understand client footprint to anticipate needs.
• Deliver oral and written intelligence briefs to client security and leadership teams.
• Maintain client metrics and produce regular reports; manage timecards, PTO, shifts, and personnel development.
