Jobgether is seeking a Marketing Director on behalf of a partner company in South Africa to lead a senior marketing function across brand, growth, and performance. The role blends crypto culture with digital entertainment, requiring a strategic mindset and an ability to scale a global growth engine.

You will own strategy, budgets, and ROI while guiding multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• Crypto/Web3 fluency and audience understanding.
• Proven ability to define and execute growth strategies.
• Experience across partnerships, sponsorships, content, SEO, and distribution.
• Strong understanding of budgets, attribution, ROI, and growth models.
• Knowledge of modern marketing tech, analytics, automation, and AI tools.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy and translate priorities into plans, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead partnerships, creators, communities, and ambassador programs across platforms.
• Build an integrated acquisition and distribution engine across owned media and paid channels.
• Oversee content and SEO to strengthen organic visibility.
• Manage budgets and report performance, opportunities, risks, and priorities to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align launches and major projects.
