Job summary

Belay Talent Solutions seeks a Financial Manager - Foreign Operations for a permanent role in Menlyn Maine, Pretoria. You will provide hands-on financial leadership across the group’s multi-entity structure, overseeing treasury, consolidation, tax, and governance.

The role requires CA(SA) with at least 8 years in a multi-entity finance environment, including board/committee exposure, and a track record in controls, profitability analysis, and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent international CA qualification.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in a multi-entity group finance environment.
• Proven treasury, group consolidations, tax structuring, transfer pricing, and contract governance experience.
• Experience participating in board-level and committee meetings is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide treasury oversight including cash management and liquidity monitoring.
• Oversee annual financial statements, group consolidations, budgets, and financial presentations.
• Review legal and commercial agreements including MSAs and inter-company arrangements.
• Lead cost control, profitability analysis, and operational efficiency across entities.
• Attend Board, Audit & Risk, Corporate Governance, and Investment Committee meetings as a permanent invitee.
• Support new business reviews, financial modelling, and investment opportunities.
• Oversee group structure optimization and related risk management.
• Coordinate relationships with auditors, regulators and wealth managers.
