Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with SAIEE/SAIMM registration.
• 10+ years in OT, industrial automation, or control systems, preferably in mining.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large OT environments.
• Proven digital transformation experience in mining, and disaster recovery for OT.
• Strong operations management, process control enhancements, and budgeting.
• Postgraduate qualifications (MBA/MBL) preferred.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
