Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with professional registration.

• 5+ years in senior leadership managing large OT infrastructures.
• Experience with digital transformation in mining and disaster recovery.
• Strong ops management, budget planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
• Postgraduate qualifications (MBA/MBL) preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational direction for OT infrastructure supporting production activities.
• Drive uptime, reliability, safety targets, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee asset maintenance, patching, upgrades, and change management processes.
• Direct vendor selection and manage outsourced OT support services.
• Promote standardization across sites and collaboration with DT and operations.
• Provide governance, risk management, and audit readiness for OT programs.
