Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants seeks a proactive professional to coordinate global key accounts and customer projects from a South African base. You will manage inbound enquiries, coordinate trials, and align internal teams for successful delivery across time zones.

The role requires 2+ years in fresh produce, strong project management and numeric skills, and fluency in English. Occasional international travel for trade shows and engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the fresh produce industry, ideally in a customer-facing or commercial role.
• Strong project management, numerical, and commercial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global key accounts and strategic customer projects.
• Manage and qualify inbound customer enquiries.
• Coordinate customer trials, protocols, and results.
• Manage customer scale-up projects across internal teams.
• Coordinate international teams and key account activities.
• Manage commercially focused internal projects and processes.
• Track and report on inbound enquiries with Marketing.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Travel internationally occasionally for trade shows and customer engagements.
