Job summary

Jabu Logistics PTY LTD is seeking a detail-driven professional to own and run Zoho Desk across our smart safe portfolio. You will manage ticket creation, categorization, escalation, and closure, ensuring every customer interaction is tracked and resolved with precision within SLA.

Working under the Financial Controller, you will translate ticket outcomes into daily settlements, process corrections for miscounts and jams, and help improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, reconciliation, settlements in fintech or payments preferred.
• Hands-on with CRM or ticketing systems; Zoho Desk is a strong advantage.
• Strong numerical accuracy and comfort with financial adjustments and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Run Zoho Desk end to end: create, categorize, assign, escalate and close tickets.
• Handle three streams: client complaints, miscounts, and deposit issues; ensure accurate data and reporting.
• Translate ticket outcomes into daily settlements and process corrections for discrepancies.
• Track SLA performance and identify bottlenecks to continually improve ticket workflows.
