IQVIA Biotech seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to lead the delivery of large, multi-regional studies and ensure adherence to ICH/GCP, SOPs and contractual requirements.

You will drive recruitment strategies, manage project risks and finances, and collaborate with clinical teams to meet milestones. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, training, and supporting professional development within the team.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline.
• Ideally at least 5 years experience in clinical trial management.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol), customer requirements (contract), and internal requirements (SOPs, policies).
• Accountable for meeting recruitment targets and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to development of project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks.
• Ensure quality delivery by identifying standards, measuring compliance, and overseeing quality issues.
• Manage project finances including EAC and changes against baseline; identify out-of-scope opportunities.
• Lead as primary CTM on large, global trials with other CTMs.
• Identify stakeholder landscape and manage internal/external communications and resolution.
• Provide mentoring and professional development feedback to clinical team managers.
