IQVIA is seeking a Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end data management for complex global clinical trials from study setup to database lock, delivering high quality data on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary client contact for data management deliverables, oversee SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation, and coordinate timelines, budgets and resources.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field with data management experience.
Minimum 3–4 years data management experience, including 1 year as a CDM lead.
Advanced English (spoken) and strong communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills and data handling expertise.
Deep understanding of drug development and clinical research processes.
