Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Collections Strategist in Cape Town to lead clinical systems initiatives, maintain interfaces, and ensure data integrity. You will work with SOPs, develop validation processes, and support data retrieval and reporting across InnTrax, SIP/IQVIA, EDM, and InFORMant.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Health/Life Sciences and 3–5 years in clinical data management, with strong MS Access, SQL, and VBA skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a clinical research environment.
• Strong experience with clinical systems and data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support to CSS I & II on system deployment and interface development.
• Support implementation and maintenance of clinical systems and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain ad-hoc queries in MS Access to meet business needs.
• Validate and review documentation for system interfaces and queries.
• Provide training and documentation updates related to system processes.
