You will draft formal SOPs, manage global CX initiatives, and oversee tool and workspace management across offices. Strong experience in process mapping and project management architectures is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, workflow optimization, or senior project management in a creative agency, marketing network, or fast-paced tech/SaaS environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and setup of project management architectures.
• Certifications like PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum are valued.
• Experience handling multi-regional or global client frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end client lifecycle into actionable operational steps.
• Draft formal SOPs to ensure consistent global delivery.
• Set up, clean up, and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and client portals.
• Coordinate logistics for a global customer feedback panel.
• Audit workflows to reduce friction and improve efficiency.
